We have been practicing yoga with Richard for over 7 years. Richard has a greats sense of humour and always has a welcoming smile on his face .
He is always able to adapt the class depending on ability or peoples needs on the day. He has gone above and beyond to help us both through injuries and get us back to full health. We’ve experienced back pain and neck pain as a result of working at a PC and staring at the screen all day. We don’t know what we would have done without him.
His classes are very important to us to help manage both our mental health and our physical aches and pains . Yoga with Richard helps us to pause and take time out from our busy lives and most importantly to breathe – Thank you Richard.
We wish we had started years ago!
